Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Korean heritage craft. If something isn't right, here's how returns work for international (Korea-to-U.S.) orders.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

Items must be unused and in original condition with original packaging. Because each piece is handmade, slight natural variations in mother-of-pearl, lacquer, and wood are characteristics of authentic craftsmanship, not defects.

Return Shipping

Change of mind: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs back to South Korea.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect item: we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized items, and final-sale/clearance items, cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective/incorrect items.
