A handcrafted Korean najeonchilgi rounded 2-tier tabletop jewelry box decorated with the pine & crane design in hand-inlaid natural mother-of-pearl.

Heritage & Craft

The crane and the evergreen pine are Korea's classic emblems of long life and steadfastness, and together they wish the owner health and a long, peaceful life. In najeonchilgi, slivers of natural shell are cut and set into the lacquer by hand, so every piece is slightly different.
