Where do you ship from, and where do you deliver?
We ship from Seoul, South Korea, worldwide — with a focus on the United States.
How much is shipping?
A flat US$15 on every order, to anywhere we ship — no matter how many items are in your order.
How long does delivery take to the U.S.?
Standard 7–14 business days, Express 3–7 business days after dispatch (plus 1–3 days processing).
Will I pay customs or duties?
Most U.S. orders under USD $800 enter duty-free. Orders at or above $800 may incur duties/taxes paid by the recipient. See our Shipping Policy.
Are these authentic Korean crafts?
Yes. Every piece is handcrafted by Korean artisans using traditional techniques such as najeonchilgi (mother-of-pearl lacquerware). Handmade variation is normal and a sign of authenticity.
How do I care for my piece?
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid direct sunlight, humidity, and harsh cleaners. See our Care Guide for details.
Can I return an item?
