Overview

A standout piece: a mother-of-pearl document and memo box featuring the Sipjangsaeng (Ten Symbols of Longevity) motif, handmade in Korea. It organizes notes, cards, and small desk essentials behind an iridescent lacquer lid.

Heritage & Craft

Sipjangsaeng (십장생) gathers the Ten Symbols of Longevity into a single wish for a long, fortunate life. Najeonchilgi (나전칠기) is the centuries-old Korean art of inlaying iridescent mother-of-pearl into layered ottchil lacquer entirely by hand, a craft kept alive in Korea's specialist workshops.

Artisan

This piece is the work of Korean master artisan Park In-ho, whose hand-finishing gives it its individual character.
